I have a 2009 Fiat Ducato Maxi 160 Multijet with auto gearbox. It has failed three times leading to roadside recovery as the vehicle will not run. On each occasion the Fiat workshop using their computer has diagnosed and reset the systems and cycled the gears. The vehicle immediately starts and i have been told that there is no problem. I believe overheating of the gearbox may be a factor.

Will your software allow me to reset the system and cycle the gearbox?
Has anyone else come across this problem?
