With a version 3.00 ,the CTRL F10 don't work!

It is not changed. Works the same way as before.

What happens when you press CTRL+F10? Does it crash or give an error?

On my PC work normal .CTRL+F10 mean.
No crash...

solved by loading version 3.0.1
