Getting disconnected when driving faster than 50 km/h !?

Hi Yani,

I wanted to make a plot while driving. First I thought it simply was a mistake, but after it returned every time.

I am always getting disconnected when I exceed 50km/h.

Is this your SW doing it, or is it the diagnosis port of the Alfa because of safety reasons? -> not safe to drive faster than 50 while ABS and VDC is disabled because of OBD Connection to ABS control unit !?

No, there is no limitation in the software.
It is probably a safety feature of the module which you are connected to.
Which module are you testing? I think that the engine should not disconnect you because of speed restriction, but if you are connecting to the ABS then it is possible.

Yes this does happen on ABS unit. I noticed that...
