ELM 327 Alfa romeo 156 < 98 years

Hello,

i try Fiat Ecu Scan but i can not connect to my Airbag system Alfa Romeo 156 1.8 MY 98.
Im using a ELM 327 1.5a Motor ECU works great, but airbag don't work ECU don't responce some things like that , is possible to bridge the connection between pin 3 and pin 7 to connect to the airbag using ELM327?

If ELM not work, i will buy this KL cable can i simply bridge pin 3 to pin 7 to connect to the airbag?

Hello

With an ELM interface can not read your airbag control unit.
It is only with a KKL interface.

In no case should you make a bridge from pin 3 to pin 7. There is a danger that you destroy your airbag control unit.

These are also ELM v1.5 unusable so can not CAN connection can be created.

For your Alfa 156 you have nothing to rebuild bridges or pins
As you can read the ELM only your ECU.

For the ABS and airbag of your 156 you need a KKL interface
