How can i change my license code?

Hi,
I have a regular license for the program; yesterday i format my netbook and i pass from windows xp to windows seven 32 bit. i deactive multiecuscan and save the code, but now how can i active my license on seven?

I never found a direct link on this site but It appears when you decide to deactivate the license key... (didn't read what you were doing ehh? )
