Iveco diagnostics

Hello,
I don't know if my question belongs here, but I'm looking for diagnose for Iveco daily 2006- (obd connector) (2.3 hpi 85 kW)
Since Iveco is also italian and from Fiat, maybe it's nearly the same as fiat/lancia/alfa ?
I have the diagnostich tool from Autodata (tecdata, SPC max), it works good, allmost every brand you can do.
But with the Iveco I can't do anything, I can select it in my program, but can't connect with the ecu (EDC16 C369), I called the service, but they couldn't (or wouldn't) help me further.
It would be great if multiecuscan can do the trick?
