Alfa Mito CAN-info/Service

I tried FES 2.6.1(restricted)
I have problem with connection with CAN-info/Service in alfa mito 1,4 16V.
Connection with ECU and steering goes without problems.
I am aware that connection with CAN-info/Service needs to replacing pins 6 for 1 and 14 for 9 but it does not work (i have mounted switch).
I would like to buy full version but I am not sure if it will work with my ELM.
Is it possible that my ELM is useful only for ECU/Steering?? Is there any difference between transmisions??
