Calibrate milage

Would it be posible in the future to calibrate the cluster milage with the engine ECU milage. i have a Stilo 1.8 and am buying an abarth instrument cluster, and ill need to calibrate the milage in the cluster to the engine ECU, and i gather this can not be done at the moment?
