light sensor and ESP/ASR lights activation

in my fiat stilo I just added the sensor for light/rain, the sensor of the rain while that works well but the sensor for the lights not working, you can add the feature to activate the light sensor?

Also you can enable or disable ESP and ASR lights on the instrument panel as the cruise control?
