Elm327 Pin modifications

The modifications of moving pins 6 &14 to 1 & 9 mentioned in the 2.6 update for the Grande Punto/500/Mito/Punto Evo
Do these still need to be done with the 2.6.1 version if so, Do these only apply to the above mentioned models only?

I think the pins should be moved...
