read the ABS system on a 156 on 2001

hi i trying to read the ABS system on 156 on 2001 and im useing the multiecuscan and it wont read it and i get a message no responce frem the ecu but i can read the engine management system ok can any one help me thax

just tell us which interface you are using? ELM327 or VAG COM?
to read the ABS ECU you need the VAC GOM cable and you need to connect pin 1 and pin 7.
i tested on few Alfas from 2001 and it is working...

Hi I'm using vag com do you have to mod the cable or can you buy one thax
