Multiecuscan

hello everyone , I have a registred version of multiecuscan and an EL327 v1.3+ interface but I couldn't connect on service reset. When I select SERVICE and then F10 CONNECT the program shows the correct window for a few seconds and then logs off without showing any error.
what can I do?

Try to connect to other CAN ECU.
