Invalid ISO Code

Hi!
First of all I would like to thank for this great piece of art which helps me diagnose and fix my great Fiat Palio Weekend Adventure 2003 1.8 8v
It has a Magneti Marelli IAW 5NF ECU, and I have been useing the Fiat Doblo 1.6 16v profile to connect. It seems to work just fine, parameters, actuators, including self-adaptation reset. Everything seems to work right (besides the km difference between odometer and ecu, of 2k+ km). But I wonder if there is something to be done to fix that Invalid ISO Code message.
I have noticed the reported ECU ISO code changes everytime I try a new profile (like Punto '03 1.2, or Stilo 1.6 16v).
