Problem with connection!!!

Hello!
I have a problem with the connection ... I can not establish a connection with FaiatECUS and car.
Shows that the error is a serial port and included cable is not good?
Jel maybe someone had this problem?
I'm going on ELM327 and not to link?

can you provide us more details:
- which interface (cable) you are using?
- which car you are trying connect?
- did you checked all serial ports on your laptop/PC and on FES?
... ;)
