Could anybody give me a internetadress with more detailed failurecode information?

My Stilo 1.8 16v SW gives only one code C1107 in the ABS, and the yellow triangle failure lamp at the dash with message "brke light failure".
I find out its not an Bulb failure because all brake lights works, and when i place a stuck lamp he generates a bulb failure.
It seems to be a communication problem between Body, ABS and Dash but the ABS is function normal.
eLearn doesn't help me because normaly the Examiner will give you advice what to do/measure/replace/test

hi my stilo 1.6 16v 2003 was infected more and more to the BRKE lamp failure
(is dash in a different language change it to englisch)


eventually the solution was made by replace the 8.000 Mhz clock crystal in the dash.
this solved it in my case !

be aware that you could damage the stepper engine,s by removing the counter needle,s (as i did with the speedo stepper)

warming the dash slowly to warm room temperature could help ?
