I think it should work! But I would NOT advise you to use this VAG interface because it is too bad to damage the interface and the second thing is that these VAG interfaces have both KKL line and CAN line combined.

I would you advise to buy on eBay version KKL 409.1 because is cheap and easier to modify!

Just one more info version 409.1 is cheap clone (10$) and version 704.1 is original (min. 100$) and much more expensive than version 409.1 and it is also hard to find.
