Looking at the list of supported vehicles,
I have a FIAT BRAVO'99 155 20V, the ecu type is in red Bosch Motronic ME 3.1 (2.0 20V)
What does that mean? Only the paid software will work?

Yes, the modules in red are supported by the commercial(paid) version only.
