connecting ECU to Laptop

Hi, can some one please tell me where the connection socket is on a 1999 Fiat Marea 105 JTD. Its not round the fuse box and I cant see one in the engine bay 
there isn't any. because this car does not have obd.
you have 3pin connector behind accu in engine bay
