First one info about PAYPAL. You have to open account in PAYPAL. Then you have to put all personal information including credit card number - the true one, NOT the fake one. And than you can start paying with PAYPAL.

I know that Serbia is not on the list! Only thing that you can do is to ask someone from Bosnia/ Herzegovina or Croatia or some other Europe country to pay this code for you and you can repay them! Or you can send money via western union to Yani.
