Does my Lancia have reset ECU funcion with multiecuscan? ECU is Bosch Motronic ME7.3H4...

Hmmmm, i think i write bad question. I would like to reset the ECU to default and started from the beginning for the consumption petrol. I hope to be able to reduce the consumption of ... Sorry for my bad English.
