What exactly means "Desired boost pressure" for 147 1.9 JTD 8v (ECU is EDC15C7)? Where are these parameters in map configuration?

In help windows there is only one sentence with explanation that "desired" boost is calculated... But from which values/parameters?

What exactly means "Desired boost pressure" for 147 JTD?
