I can`t connect with free version of FES 2.3, with FIAT DOBLO 1.9 DS- ECU type - Lucas EPIC DCU3F.
I receive message that not allowed to connect with Free version.

hello, my name is Catalin from Romania. I have some problems with conecting Ecu any cars. I bought a new notebook HP 4520s and instal Fiat Ecu Scan , but even if i have conected with ELM327 i dont have signal with Ecu on eny type of car Fiat. The old notebook function with the program Fiat Ecu Scan and the same Elm327, but i neeed to change it because i have problems with HDD. I want to register the program to full version on new NootBook. please help me. Thanks.
