Programing remote for fiat Bravo 2 multiecuscan

Please help. I purchased a Multiecuscan license to program the remote control. However, this does not work. After entering the pin from the code card, a prompt appears to press Y and within 15 seconds to press the button on the key for 3 seconds. Then I get the response from Multiecuscan "FAILE TO EXECUTE - UNSUPPORTED FUNCTION ERROR" I am using ELM 327 and everything seems to be fine. I can't figure out where the problem is.
