2018 Ducato (x290) Engine Idle Preset

According to the Ducato manual some models are equipped with Engine Idle Preset which can be used for Power Take-Off. I do have the required Cruis Control and Speed Limiter but this feature doesn't seem to be enabled. Does anyone know if this can be enabled by a proxy alignment and which bit must be set in order to do so?
