Does anyone know what the latest status is on software to deal with BCM integrated SGW?
I believe my 25 Ducato has this.
Does anyone have any experience of using MES with this?
Thank you.

Like you I'm hoping that someone will have further information on this.

This is what I understand;

1) As you know on some later models the BCM is integrated into the BCM

2) Currently I believe you bypass this by connecting to the CAN Lines down stream of the BCM. That said there may be issues with signal levels, noise, etc. especially in relation to where you get the power and grounding from

3) At some point in the future it is proposed by the EU / manufacturers / industry that ALL data on the CAN lines and any other comms bus/lines will be encrypted. This will for use car owners and smaller independent garages a "game over" event

4) There is currently and will in the future be what is called "Pass-Thru" / "Pass-Through". See: https://www.maverickdiagnostics.com/pass-thru-diagnostics-in-the-uk-europe/
Needless to say even if as an individual you can register and get access ( Fiat and others require you to be VAT registered and in the automotive business) the fees involved are eye watering

As far as I know MES / Yani have not made any firm decisions on support for Pass-Thru. Bearing in mind the manufacturer's charges to get access to their systems then if I were MES / Yani I would be looking very carefully at how many real automotive business customers with the necessary VAT etc. credentials I have. MES is in a different market area compared to the major diagnostic kit manufacturer's charging £1000s for their kit. Even kit at £1000 is cheap compared to the £3000 to £4000 annual costs for the manufacturer system access and support.

After some more research I have found various options for getting legitimate access through the SGW.
A company called AutoAuth appears to offer this through various scan tools including SnapOn, Autel, Topdon and the one I quite like the look of (budget) Xtool D7w.
AutoAuth access is $50 per year (I’m uk based but travelling to the states with my Ducato next month) which seems reasonable.
Anybody got experience of this setup?
