Alfa Romeo Giulia remote start

Could anyone advise or share their proxy details that have enabled remote start on their Giulia.
I have programmed a remote start key and enabled remote start with some success however the heated seat, steering and rear screen won't operate with the remote start even though the conditions appear to be correct for it to work external temp etc.
Panic button also doesn't work, I did have that working however with that operative the remote start wouldn't work.
Could anyone in the know please advise as I would really like to get this working correctly.
