Multiecuscan Data File Error

I'm having a Data File Error when I try to connect MES , I can scan and clear errors, but every time I try to connect to a module it displays "Data File Error" and exits the application.

Running with admin privileges on W11 (already tried W7 compatibility mode).

Can anyone help?
