Is Multiecuscan V5.2 really worth the upgrade?

Have users noticed a significant improvement or new features in the latest version of Multiecuscan that justifies the upgrade cost?
Every release of MES will potentially have:
o New vehicle support
o Existing vehicle additional control units
o Bug fixes
