Remove the highlighted in yellow frame resistor (R04)
and your interface can also read the other controllers

Edit: I meant, of course with other controllers CAN Bus controllers

Should I totally remove the resistor without putting any connection between these pins?

YES. Just remove the resistor and do not put anything back in its place.

Thank you very much Yani.
After having a bad time looking for a 560 pF capacitor in my town, I finally had to connect two 270 pF in parallel for an equivalent 540 pF.
Despite this difference it worked perfectly. However I found that conecting to ECU took a long time (1 minute aproximately)

I have this elm327-usb v3.0 there is some modification to be done to connect to the CAN?
