hello

Then it is not because of the bridgeresistor the Engine, ABS will not
read with CAN bus
You must have one other error
So check again all the settings and the driver for your interface

Greetings Eddy

Hi Zafron

Mine is a small error happens
You have a Bosch 5.3 ABS and this can only be read with a KKL interface.

So with your interface is no ABS to read.

But your engine ECU must be read with this ELM.
Whether modified or not.

And again it is not a bridge resistor to find on your board.
Therefore, I go out of adjustment error

Again, in any case, the connection must work to the engine.

Hello Zaron

Wow.

After this display your interface is a programming
which is not capable as a CAN bus.

This ad I still have not seen.

For some reason, MES can not read anything with this ELM

It would be interesting now if so the engine ECU of an older Alfa / Fiat
is read. The bus protocol not be read in the CAN.

On the components of the board are hardly names to read.
this has already surprised me.

Maybe it is a real faulty one.

I saw in another forum one person purchased one like this and she says that vendor is selling scam. In fact, there are chips with 2.1 but they can read can bus, this one is worst than 1.3. I hope I get a full refund... Thanks for your opinion.

Hello to everyone!

This is my first post because I have just bouth a ELM327 USB interface from an Amazon seller.
I open the interface and I see that embedded an TJA1040 unit not an Mcp2551 like i have seen in a lot of image of this forum.

The problem is that i can't connect the interface with noone software.
With MultiEcuScan when I test the interface and every time return the error "COMMAND: ATZ / Connection timeout”.

I tried to do this test with interface connect to the car and with the interface not connect to the car but give me the same error.
I tried to remove the 120 ohm resistor connected between the two CAN lines but nothing...same error.

Some user in this forum say that the main power supply of the interface come from the ODB2 port and not from USB.
I read that when the interface is connect to the car ONLY and you turn on the dashboard, the red light do a bright light.

My ELM interface when I connect to the car and turn on the dashboard, the light is very poor.

I think that my interface have some power supply problem but I don't know.

The driver and COM configuration of my laptop is ok so I think I have a FAULTY ELM 327 INTERFACES.

Someone can help me please? There something that I don't have cosider to do to? Thanks.
