I have the same problem with ELM327, it is probably 1.5 I do not know. I have FIAT STILO MW 1.9JTD 103kW and I can connect to Engine ECU but it is all. So can you write to me which of resistor I can elimine. I want to connect to Service, Dashboard and central. Thank you for all notes.

Hello. I just received my elm 327 BT 1.5

It turns the led on after connecting it to the car but then it goes off. Could someone point me on which resistor should I remove? Thanks.

In your picture should be removed first time the plug and the plug housing.
You can save yourself a new image.

Here the resistor is marked in yellow. Remove this

The interface is indeed a USB version, but the layout is the same as yours

HI !!! I have ELM 327 OBD II 1.4 but I not can connect to body in my car ( Fiat Grande Punto 1.9 jtd Multijet ).I use FES 3.2.6
Removed the R04 and continues have the same.
I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO !!!!! Please help me

I read ALL forum pages, and I'm not sure about, where is my problem.
I buy this interface: original Elm327 bluetooth with the ORIGINAL chip (Elm327 v2.1) on the circuit board, not a chinese one.

My car:

Fiat STILO, 2001,1.6 16v.

With this interface I want to read the following modules, using MultiEcuScan 1.7;
- Service, Electrical,Dashboard, etc (without ABS,AirBag,ECU - because on this module, i use an KKl interface)

The problem is:
I can't read with this Elm 327 interface, the desire modules (service,electrical etc)...
In this moment I can read with this interface only ECU module;
I don't see any resistor on this board, or I'm wrong?


My question is: Why? and what can I do, to make it work? the problem are the drivers, settings?
