For VW, Audi, Seat & Skoda group you need VAG COM KKL 409.1 interface or VCDS 11.11 (or newer) interface or VAS 5054a (with VAS PC or ODIS software) interface. Search on eBay and you will find a lot of clone interfaces. Keep in mind that you can buy also originals but they are expensive.

For Ford you need ELM 327 interface (USB version) and software from this web site: http://www.forscan.org/.
