Update
I had a computer technician look over circuit board with a microscope and he has identified a dry joint near sd card mount, he's managed to resolder using a blower and bingo it now works fine with a new sandisk card ( he advised me they are good quality) formatted, and installed latest drivers and now works fine with multiecuscan, I've just got to do a job on his car, which iam very happy about, thanks bri for the help trying to get through the problem, glad I didn't have purchase a new interface!

hi, ı have problem about my Multiecuscan MULTIPLEXED CantieCar
I used until yesterday without any problem . But today it seems only green light when tried to connect to pc and no any connection.
Could you please assist for the issue ? Do I need to restore product SD card ? and ı just take SD card from ctc and connected to pc directky but seems sd card is not working.
how can ı restore the sd card with my licenced software
