Problem with my fiat 500 1.3 mjt flashing light oil

to be sure, I checked now the oil degradation.
100% of yesterday, today marks 99.66%.
so now I'm sure the meter is operating in reverse.
part by 100% and drops to 0% when the oil is totally degraded.

Read as Oil Quality and not Degradation.

100% Quality = 100% good new oil
