Can anyone share the logs of Multijet 1.3 90HP?

I'm especially interested in Intake Air Quantity during moderate engine load (let's say 100km/h on V or VI gear).

I've manage to get log from someone with same car model and it looks very similar to mine.

So there a question to Yani - is it possible that these values are misinterpreted by FES? Do they have the same conversion formula?
