I have the Version 3.2 installed. Today i've tried to install the new 3.3. When the installer try to deinstall the old version I've got an error "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unaviable. [...] enter an [...] path to [...]'SetupMultiecuscan311.msi'".
Is there a possibility to get this msi-file.

If you just have to update fes, there is no need to unistall it first.
Install it over the existing installation.

Re: Update Trouble 3.3
I havn't uninstalled it or tried to do that.
I`ve only started the 3.3 Installer to update my version. Then the setup starts to uninstall the old version and the error appeared.
The next day I`ve tried to uninstall fes to make an clean reinstall. The uninstallation also fails with the same error.

Re: Update Trouble 3.3
This is actually a "windows" problem. The last time you probably have installed Multiecuscan from that network drive and now Windows needs to check the old installer in order to remove old version.
Anyway, I'm sure that this network path is stored somewhere in the registry. So, you can start Regedit and search for this network path... or simply search for "SetupMultiecuscan311.msi" and change the value of "LastUsedSource" to "n;1;C:\" ...
The registry key should be something like ....\Microsoft\Installer\Products\....
