Elmscan 5 Compact not working

i have a Elmscan 5 Comact USB (from scantool.net) , but it's not working with Multiecuscan.

I can connect with the car uswig ScanXL.

Any ideas what i can do?

Only solution is to buy a new ELM327 - ver. 1.3 or 1.4!

but the Elmscan is a genuine elm327

Wich car? I've tried with a Fiat 500.

I have a compact Elmscan5,
But only a 156 year 98 and this has no CAN

The Elmscan5 but is recognized as the Interface Test v1.3
and I know of no connection with these problems in the area CAN
