Fiat stilo ecu replacement

I have a fiat stilo 1.2 with a damaged ecu. The ecu is a bosch 0 261 207 086. There are several people selling second hand ones on ebay but they will need re-programming to work my car. Will it be possible to do that with this software and if so how do I do it.
