Was it working with previous versions?
Please send a report (using the red Send Report button) after failed connection so that I can check what is happening.

can you send me the old version of multiecuscan, or give me a link where i can download it ?
i have never had problems with such auto befor, but it is already the second car with this engine, that using kKL, is not working
is not a drivers problem, already been updated from ftdichip.com

Ok, I see the reports,
The problem is as Multiecuscan says - the ECU is not responding at all. It sends commands to the ECU, but the ECU does not respond at all.
It could be caused by one of the following resons:
1. Interface not connected to vehicle. Or bad connection at the OBD connector.
2. The ECU is not powered. The key is not on MAR.
3. Faulty interface.
