Modification CAN line 327 Elm

I do not know if I should change my ELM 327, it comes with the doi resistors 32, 33, has not only the capacitors are connected directly to earth, I've tested with a FORDE CAN line, and it works normal, no problem, yet tested in a FIAT, use multiecuscan free.
