Reinstalling multiecuscan problem

Hi Yani

I had a virus on my pc and lost everything, I reinstalled everything but the genarated hardwarekey has changed eventhough im using the same computer with the same hardware. Problem is that i can activate multiecuscan anymore. Can you please help.


Does this also mean that evrytime i want to clean up my latop by formatting the harddisk that i first need to "deactivate"multiecuscan?

I Already found it in my activation mail

In case you upgrade your hardware or re-install the OS you can transfer your licence to the new system by first deactivating in on the old system (the program will generate a removal key which you can use on the web site to obtain a License Key for the new system).

But this doesnt help me for now.

This is bad.
Because you need to send the deactivativ key to activate another one, even it is in the same computer and you rainstalled your OS.
Try to contact Yani, if he can help you for now or you need to buy another license.
