Fiat stilo re-learn Visteon instruments panel

Post by pirignogno »

hello Yani, congratulations for this great software very useful!

My request is: in future releases will be possible to have self-study for the instrument panel of fiat stilo 1.9jtd so you can turn on the lights of electronics options added later? for example, I added the cruise control and ASR, but the lights remain off.

Thank you
Fiat Stilo 3 porte 1.9JTD Dynamic '03

Enabling controls on Visteon board is a role of BC. And this function (re learn) is implemented in FES but as far as I know it does not work for added cruise control.

Hi,

I'm actually searching the documentation trying to find a solution for this problem, but I don't have success yet.
In the last version I added the re-learn option for the EDC15C7 engine management ECU but unfortunately this does not make the light show on dashboard.
I also installed a cruise control in my stilo and tested it.
It seems, however, that the engine ecu is sending the "light on" command, but the Body computer is preventing the light on dashboard from lighting up.
Anyway, You can be sure that I'm working on this problem and trying to find a solution.

I try to run Cruise light actuator in Visteon instr. panel and it works, but from BC dont work. I thing the problem is in BC, which is not recognize code from ECU.
Yani, any progress with this problem?

Yes, I have some progress... but no results yet.
I need someone with a factory cruise control to send me a report after connecting to "CAN Info" with version 2.5.

Thanks to everyone who sent Stilo reports.
I now know how to make the cruise control light on dashboard work properly.
I just tested this on my Stilo and it WORKS!!!

Unfortunately, this is a part of the Proxy Alignment procedure and you will have to wait for next version of Multiecuscan to use this function ...
