Function to learn an new egr and throttle/shutter valve

hello yani,

i´m driving a fiat croma 1,9 multijet 8v (120 PS) from 2006.

i`m using a registered version of your fiat ecu scan 2.3.1. and an ELM327 V1.3a Interface.
Which function must i use if i want to replace a new egr by myself. I think after replacing the egr i have to learn the new egr. How can i do this whith your software ? Is it right that the egr is 4% open if the engine isn´t running ?

Secondly my throttle (i think you use the word shutter valve) isn´t working. (always open 5 % from fiat ecu scan diagnosis) The actuator diagnosis of the throttle/shutter valve brings a fault.

Where can i buy a new throttle/shutter valve ? Maybe only the actuator and electronic of the throttle may be defect. Is it possible to buy only the actuator of the throttle. I think there are some clips to disassemble the bottom of the throttle/shutter valve.

Hello,

thank you for your hint.

Is it possible after choosing the point "reset self learnt functions" to select the part that i have changed (e.g. the EGR or throttle). I´m a little bit angry to select this menu point whithout knowing what happens afterwards.

I´m right that the ignition must be cut of for 40 sec. after starting the procedure to zeroing the new parameters of the changed part ?
