Fiat 500 new dualogic gearbox - clutch stroke insufficient

Hi guys,

Recently I've installed a new gearbox in my Fiat 500. However, when trying to teach in the new gearbox it keeps saying clutch stroke insufficient. The clutch was also replaced and is as new, what could cause this issue? Car only goes into 2, no reverse. Followed all the procedures but keeps giving this error.

Does not cycle between neutral and gears when trying to calibrate it.
