V2.3 Only Runs In Restricted / Demo Mode

I just installed V2.3 over 2.2.1 with ELM 1.4 interface (true ELM 1.4 just acquired and previously used V1.2a).

When attempting to connect to Engine ECU or any other module it connects ok but I get the "This requires registered version" banner across the screen. I've ALSO tried to connect with my KKL interface and get the same message and test mode only restriction.

I unistalled V2.3, put 2.2.1 back on and all was OK.

Uninstalled 2.2.1 and reinstalled V2.3 and I still get the "required registration" message.

Any ideas?

Also, possibly related, why would I see a License Key of 730C7-06414-786E19? I'm not a licensed user, YET, so I find the presence of a key a little odd.

Should I manually flush the registry of Multiecuscan entries?

Hi,

Sorry, This is actually a bug. The free varsion cannot connect to any module.
I will release version 2.3.1 in a few days with this issue fixed.

Whilst you are fixing v2.3, is it possible to download v.2.2.1 anywhere? I am unable to find it on the website.
