Jeep Renegade P0130 error lamdba probe 02 before DPF

Hi everyone,
I have a Jeep Renegade Mutlijet 2.0 which is signaling the error P0130.

I connected to MES and I noticed that the O2 values from the probe before DPF are correctly read only when the heater of the lambda probe are ON.
When the heater goes OFF, the 02 values read from the lambda probe remain constant at the last value before the event.

The values from the lambda probe after the DPF are correctly read in both cases.

I tried to swap the lambda probe (and also the EGT sensor), but nothing changed.

I tried the procedure to adapt to the new lambda probe, but still I get the error.

I already tried to swap the ECU, since I have another to make tests.

Are there other procedures that I could try?
