Bravo 2012 Speed Limit 30km/h

Hi guys,
I need solution for disable speed limit on Bravo 2012.
Someone somehow set speed limit to 30km/h but I cant disable it or fix it.
In CAN setting is limiter set to 200 but car go only up to 30... Power is normal but on 30 kmh is limited...
I cant set speed limit into ECU but in parameters MES show me that SL=0 or not set...
Proxi is OK, EOLs are OK...
If I disconnect ABS unit car drives well but IPC doesn show speed...
colud be problem in instrument cluster?
Any solutions how to fix it?

Maybe stupid question but does the car has cruise control, speed limiter stalk? and is the speed limiter on perhaps?

Or does the car think the reverse gear is selected? The car is limited in reverse gear at about 30km/h.

hello, I have the same problem with the Fiat BRAVO 1.6 MJ e5 2012 r, it happened when someone refused to change the oil through the 1.9 engine from the lancia because he did not have such an engine in his computer. Since then, the car has been driving 30 max. How to fix the problem ?

Try doing an Oil Change Reset in the Engine ECU. NOTE! This is different to a Service Reset.

Also because the oil reset has not been done the vehicle DPF filter is probably clogged and a Force Regen is required and probably several times as well.
