Fiat Doblo cannot clear Airbag DTC

Hello,
I have the airbag warning light on my Fiat Doblo (recently purchased).
1/ The airbag has one DTC inside (B0127-43), but I do not understand its meaning ?
Also, it is reported as "intermittent", so I am not sure that it is the reason for the airbag warning light ?

2/ I checked the wire harness and the driver pretensionner and everything seems OK. However, the module returns "pretensioners cut-in counter: 1 ".
Does it mean that the Airbag ECU was not reinitialized and this could be the reason of the "airbag warning light " ?

3/ I tried to clear the DTC, but nothing happens. I got the dialog box "waiting..." during DTC clearing, but then no error message that something failed, and the DTC is finally still there !
Is this due to the SGW module (reported as "present" in the CAN info) ? I would have expected some error message ("no response timeout", "access denied", etc...), instead of nothing at all.
