Apologies if I’m posting this in the wrong place…
I’ve used this software for my 159 a good few times and it’s been fantastic. Even just programmed new injector codes after having my injectors reconditioned.
I’m now trying to calibrate the head light level. I’ve done this before and it worked perfectly. But now it’s saying “Failed to execute Incorrect conditions to run the test”
It also lists that the vehicle must be on flat level ground and empty, less than 5km/hr, low beam ON, a plausible geometry vehicle sensor input and no errors.
As far as I can tell, all these are met? Full scan returns no errors.
Is there anything I can do to work out why it’s not working please?

Re: Alfa 159 xenon headlights
are low beams turned on when doing calibration?
Re: Alfa 159 xenon headlights
I resolved the issue - entirely my fault! When I fitted the new front level sensor, I got the bracket upside-down and it broken the sensor arm. Presumably this was therefore giving an invalid level error and preventing calibration.
Fixed it and all working now!
