PROBLEM SOLVED! Alfa Romeo Giulietta Blue&Me problem

Hi!
I own an Alfa Romeo Giulietta 2.0 JTDm 16V (2011).
The problem is as follows:
No bluetooth, no CD, no usb working. In reality/physically, the Blue&Me module is present and also connected, but Multiecuscan does not detect the Convergence Telematic module. I performed several PROXI Alignments, but there is a conflict with the Convergence Telematic module and it is as if it does not exist - it has disappeared.
I searched this forum for a solution to my problem, but unfortunately I couldn't or couldn't find the right solution.
I really want Blue&Me to work. I suspect that the Blue&Me module is broken, but before I buy it, I would also like to hear the advice of others...Should I replace a module? Or can the Multiecuscan software change the parameters? I need some good advice!!
(I use the registered Multiecuscan 5.1 MULTIPLEXED software with CANtieCAR interface for scanning.)
